Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery costs £6.99. Estimated transit time is 1–2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is not a guaranteed next-day service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays. Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order without giving a reason by emailing shop.demandni@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Include your order number and identify the items you wish to return.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Please contact us for return instructions and the return address.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange cancellation.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please return all components of a set when cancelling the purchase of that set.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the items’ nature, characteristics and fit. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange its return or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund any standard delivery charge you paid. For change-of-mind cancellations, any additional amount paid for express delivery is not refundable.

Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email shop.demandni@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include photographs where possible to help us resolve it.

The change-of-mind cancellation window does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
