These terms apply to purchases made through our website and to your use of the website. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and settings. Size guides explain the measurements and fit information available for each product.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose agreed with us and as described.

Where a product is sold as a set, the product page identifies the items included. Stock is limited to the quantities available. Items shown in our Archive are records of previous drops and are unavailable to purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Placing an order

Please check your selected items, sizes, contact details and delivery address before placing an order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. The initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send your dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be processed, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected items.

If we discover a pricing or product information error, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

You retain your cancellation rights after an order has been accepted.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless checkout clearly shows another currency. Displayed UK product prices include any applicable taxes.

Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown before you complete your purchase. Please review the final total before paying.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

Payments are processed through the providers available at checkout. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

UK standard delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

UK express delivery costs £6.99. Estimated transit time is 1–2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery does not shorten our dispatch window and is not a guaranteed next-day service.

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by postal delays. If a delay occurs, contact us and we will help resolve it. Your legal rights regarding late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

When we arrange the carrier, the goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, receives them.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your delivery address or if your parcel has not arrived.

5. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

You can cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by emailing shop.demandni@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contact us for return instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise your legal cancellation right.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. Keep proof of postage.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and fit.

When cancelling the purchase of a complete set, return all components of that set. This does not limit your rights if a component is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel the entire order, we also refund any standard delivery charge paid. For change-of-mind cancellations, any additional amount paid for express delivery is not refundable.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact shop.demandni@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. We will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

These rights are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation period.

7. Optional cancellation form

You can cancel by sending a clear email or by completing the following form. Using this form is optional.

8. Using our website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with checkout, introduce harmful software or bypass security controls.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users. This does not remove your rights concerning existing purchases.

9. Website content

Our branding, photographs, designs and other website content belong to Demand NI or their respective owners.

You may view and share links to our website for personal use. Reusing our content commercially requires permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

10. Shopify and other service providers

We use Shopify to manage our product catalogue, checkout and orders. Our website also uses other providers for hosting and related services.

Your purchase contract is with Demand NI. Demand NI is responsible for handling your order, delivery enquiries, cancellations and returns.

Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller of Demand NI products. Shopify’s own services are subject to its applicable terms and privacy notices.

11. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including information provided when placing an order or signing up for updates.

Payment providers and other service providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.

12. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care where that loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights concerning goods, refunds, cancellations or delivery.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you place your order applies to that purchase unless we agree a change with you.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence or prevent you from bringing proceedings in a court where you are legally entitled to do so.
